Payment
Accepting payments via paypal, and credit cards through Etsy.
Shipping
I use USPS First Class to send all items.
I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any item shipped.
Purchases are hand-made to order, please allow up to 14 days for production before your order is shipped, after received payment; unless noted 'ready to be shipped'.
Please convo if you need your item sooner.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you would like to pay for shipment via Fed Ex or UPS, or a USPS upgrade such as priority or add insurance please contact me prior to purchase.
I will ship to the address provided by ETSY. If you would like an item shipped to a different address, please contact me.
Otherwise, please make sure your ETSY address is correct.

International Customers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you would like to purchase tracking number for your package, please contact me prior to purchase so I can add to listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
If unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 day of receipt.
Please contact me as soon as you know you will be returning / exchanging.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. I do not accept items that have been damaged by the client.
For your protection, please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include your name and invoice number, when we receive your return, your card will be credited for the merchandise amount.
Shipping charges will not be refunded on return items.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos. Images shown may differ slightly in hue, color and lightness due to variations on individual computer monitors.
Gift Shop Brooklyn retains all copyrights to the artwork in this shop even after sale. The images, originals and reproductions may not be reproduced without the artist's express written consent.
Items are carefully produced in a smoke-free environment. Though, we do have our cat Murray wandering around, for those with sensitive allergy issues.
